Menu na tyden/ Weekly menu


Od Noveho roku se ve zpravach objevuji skoro denne zpravy o nedostatku a zvysovani cen jidla. Mam nastaveny budik na 7 rano a budi me tedy zpravy. Nas rodinny rozpocet uz je i tak hodne napnuty a tak jsme s manzelem popremysleli, jak to udret lepe pod kontrolou a zaroven snizit plytvani jidlem a jist zdrave (musim priznat, ze jsem obcas z lednice vyhodila 1 - 2 plesnive/ zkazene veci za tyden). Takze od Noveho roku nakupuji jidlo jen na internetu. Mam tedy nakupni kosik na obrazovce pod kontrolou. Coz se nedalo rict pri nakupu v kamennem obchode. Clovek se vzdycky vratil a shodne vecma, co vubec nepotreboval a utratil mnohem vice, nez chtel. Nejhorsi bylo chodit nakupovat pred jidlem :-DDDD A udelala jsem si rozpis na tyden, co budeme jist. Dalsi vyhoda je ta, ze nemusim porad premyslet, co uvarit..Rada bych se ted s vami podelila o nase menu a pokud se budete nekdo chtit pridat, budu vdecna za inspiraci :-)

Snazim se tam mit jen sezonni ovoce a zeleninu. Jeste musim dodat, ze tam jsou jen vecere - pres tyden. O vikendu oboje. Pres tyden jsem doma jen po-st sama s Alfikem a k obedu si delame polevky plus nejaky domaci chleba a pomazanky.

pondeli - dynove risotto, dynovy chleba a salat
utery - Shepherd's pie
streda - chodime ke tchyni
ctvrtek - spagety a rajska omacka ze Sardinie, salat
patek - curry
sobota - obed v ceskem klubu - sendvice, jogurt a ovoce, vecere - lasagne + salat
nedele - mrkvova polevka s orisky kesu + domaci chleba, vecere - oriskova sekana

Nearly every day we hear on the news about food shortages and the increasing price of food (I have my alarm clock set for 7 and I get woken up by the news.. so it is the first thing I hear when I wake up). As our budget is VERY stretched as it is we thought of ways how to reduce food waste (I have to admit that ocassionaly we would throw food away because it has gone off - 1-2 items every week) and try to save a bit of money - while eating healthy and nutritious food. I only do internet shopping now. That is the best way to keep an eye on the budget. Going to the actual shop meant that we would bring back more than we wanted to buy... The other thing I do now is prepare a menu for the week ahead so I know what we are going to need and only buy that. All I need is a bit of organisation :-D I would like to share our weekly menu with you. If anyone would like to do the same I would be greatful for inspiration :-)

I try to put only seasonal food there. Also - during the week it is only dinners, as Alfie and I are at home for lunches from Monday to Wednesday and we usually have Czech soup and home made bread with spread on it. Otherwise it is lunch at work, school and nursery. Weekends have both, lunches and dinners.

Monday - butternut squash risotto + bread, salad
Tuesday - Shepherd's pie
Wednesday - every Wednesday we eat at my mother-in-law's
Thursday - pasta and Danillo's sauce, salad
Friday - curry
Saturday - sandwiches at the Czech Club, dinner - lasagne
Sunday - carrot and cashew nut soup + bread, dinner - nut roast

    Akorát teda nevím kde sehnat dýni.
    Jinak díky za inspiraci. Víš, že s vymýšlením jsem na tom dost bídně.
    S nakupováním to máme podobně. Jeli jsme dpro mlíko a pečivo do jednoho supermarketu a nechali jsme tam tícku. Jenže je fakt,že některá naše holota nás jednouprostě sež... holt puberta.
